"Loved the property although the view was different because of restoration work being done on the flèche which was a little disappointing although quite interesting, but will be an extraordinary view when completed. We were out and about so it didn’t matter so much and there wasn’t a lot of noise from the work being done. Julie was so kind and helpful every step of the way and kept us up-to-date the whole time. She also answered any queries I had and I would love to go back one day when the flèche work is complete as I think it would be the perfect view and place to stay when we visit beautiful Bordeaux again."

"It's very hot inside, there is 1 air conditioner which is badly situated and thus climatization is inefficient - you can't let it work during the night since you'll certainly get someone sick and every morning we were wakening totally wet Annoying conduct around the entry to the apartment - it took me several messages with different people, I was requested precise time of arrival at the building?!? so that no one needs to wait for me and then ultimately I had to wait in the heat with my family in front of the building - simply absurd ..."
